My Weekend

Introduction to WebCenterSEMS will continue to operate as it has in the past and you may continue to use the telephone to interact with SEMS. WebCenter will allow you to use the internet to access SEMS as well. WebCenter requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or later, or Netscape Communicator Version 6.0 or later. (You may experience difficulties if you use older versions of these browsers.)To access WebCenter, open up your browser and go to:ID: Enter your social security number.PIN: Enter the same PIN you use when calling into the computer.You have 2 options: Create Absences and Review Absences.The screen always opens to the Create Absence form –· fill in the proper information· click Submit· review information selected (correct if necessary)· click Create· Always get a job number!Do not use forward and back arrows on the Web Browser to navigate between screens, use the buttons located on bottom of the WebCenter screens only. Move up and down within a screen using the scroll bar on the right of your browser.To review absences, click on Review Absences tab --· click on calendar icons (next to Search from/to) to set range of search· click on Search button· review jobs you created· Search All button ignores any set range and finds all jobs past and future stored in our database· use the scroll bar to navigate up and down to view jobs foundComplete instructions for using WebCenter can be found at:You can save this document to your computer if you want.
